Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 31, 2026

Welcome to TSMingle. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of tsmingle.com and any related apps and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Support Bay, LLC, the company that owns and operates TSMingle (tsmingle.com), and “you” means anyone who visits or uses the Service.

1. Who can use TSMingle

TSMingle is a dating community for transgender, non-binary and gender-diverse people and the people who want to meet them, who are looking for friendship, a meaningful relationship or marriage. To use the Service you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;
  • be legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
  • not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your country; and
  • not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense, or be required to register as a sex offender.

Profiles are personal. Businesses, groups and agencies may not create profiles.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You may have only one account.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • Your photos must show you, and must be recent and appropriate.

3. Community standards

TSMingle is built on courtesy, honesty and respect. When using the Service you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, insult or discriminate against anyone;
  • post content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, defamatory or otherwise offensive;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your age, marital status, identity or intentions;
  • ask anyone for money, gifts or financial information, or promote any business, product, investment or website;
  • post links, website addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or other contact details in your public profile;
  • send spam, chain messages or bulk unsolicited messages;
  • use the Service if you are married, unless you are legally separated and your profile says so;
  • collect other members’ information, or use bots, scrapers or other automated tools;
  • interfere with the Service, its security or other members’ use of it; or
  • break any law.

Please report any member who breaks these standards using the report or block tools, or through our Contact Us page.

4. Your content

You own the text, photos and other content you post (“Your Content”). By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, to resize images) and distribute Your Content solely to operate, improve and promote the Service. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies kept in routine backups for a limited time or where we must keep it by law.

You confirm that you have the right to post Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Private messages are delivered to the members you send them to and are not public, but please remember that recipients can share what you send.

5. Your safety

We work to keep spam and fake profiles off TSMingle, but we do not run criminal background checks or verify the identity, statements or intentions of members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, online and offline. Please:

  • never send money or financial information to anyone you meet through the Service;
  • keep conversations on the Service until you feel you know the person;
  • video call before meeting, meet in a public place and tell a friend or family member your plans; and
  • report anything suspicious to us and, where appropriate, to the police.

6. Free and paid membership

Creating a profile, searching, viewing profiles and replying to messages are free. Free members can start conversations with a limited number of new members each day. Paid memberships, where offered, give additional features such as unlimited new contacts. The features, price and billing period of each paid option are shown before you buy and on our Membership & Pricing page.

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and their terms also apply.
  • Unless stated otherwise at purchase, paid memberships renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@tsmingle.com or through our Contact Us page; cancellation stops future renewals and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused features, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change our prices or features. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.

7. Moderation, suspension and deletion

We may review, edit or remove any content, and may suspend, reject or delete any account, at any time and without notice, if we believe it breaks these Terms, puts members at risk or harms the Service. If an account is deleted for breaking these Terms, we may block the connection and email address used with it from signing up or logging in again, and any paid membership ends without refund.

You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and personal data, use our data deletion page or contact us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

8. Our content and trademarks

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software (excluding Your Content), belongs to TSMingle or its licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. “TSMingle” and our logo are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send us a notice through our Contact Us page that identifies the work, the content and where it appears, with your contact details.

9. Third-party services and links

The Service may include links to, or features from, other websites and services, such as social logins, payment providers, news feeds and translation tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, on or off the Service. Articles and guides on our site are for general information only and are not medical, legal or professional advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSMingle and its owners, staff and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with other members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TSMingle and its owners, staff and partners from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other members or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and for significant changes we will give notice on the site or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
