You can delete your TSMingle account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, including if you signed up or logged in with Facebook.
Delete your account yourself
- Log in to TSMingle.
- Open your profile menu and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
This removes your profile, photos, messages and other personal data from TSMingle.
Ask us to delete your data
If you can’t log in, or you’d like us to do it for you, email info@tsmingle.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include your TSMingle username or the email address on your account. We’ll confirm by email once your data has been deleted, normally within 30 days.
If you used Facebook to log in
TSMingle only receives your name, email address and profile picture from Facebook, and only to create and log in to your account. Deleting your TSMingle account as described above removes this data. You can also remove TSMingle’s access from Facebook:
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites (under Security / Your activity).
- Find TSMingle Login and click Remove.
